The Richland Community Days Festival August 15th & 16th. Corner of Schoolhouse Rd. and Theater Dr. in Richland Township by the Richland Township Building and Richland High School near Johnstown, PA. High quality musical entertainment both days on two stages, a parade on Friday evening at 7:00 p.m. sponsored by Rutter’s Children’s Charities, spectacular fireworks show on Saturday evening at 9:30 p.m. sponsored by The Polacek Family, JWF Industries, and F.N.B. Wealth Management, children’s area sponsored by #1 Cochran Honda, inflatable rides, Pennsylvania Army National Guard climbing wall, classic car cruise Saturday, Pennsylvania Air National Guard mobile tactical air traffic control center, games, and many food, craft, and business vendors. A full schedule of professional music entertainment with a variety of musical styles including Undercover, HY-5, Jimmy Mowery (The Voice 219 Contestant), and Johnstown Civic Concert Band on Friday. Jeff Jimerson & Airborne, Three Of Hearts, Kelly Hylton (Elvis Presley Tribute), Charis, Shades Of June, and Octane on Saturday. A church service with Liberty Grace Church will be held on Sunday at 10:00 a.m. Free parking and free admission. Proceeds benefit East Hills Recreation Commission.
